Given the personal nature of our products, we can only offer refunds or exchanges for items that are defective.
Hair extensions are made from human hair, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of extensions that may have been opened, used, or tried.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original, unused condition. The seal on the extensions or wefts must remain intact and unbroken. Any included packaging or free gifts must also be returned.
For hygiene purposes, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for hair extensions that have been worn, bleached, dyed, toned, or chemically altered in any way.
