I've spent years perfecting what I believe is the best, because stylists deserve nothing less.
Over a decade ago, I embarked on this journey with a vision of creating something real, authentic, and meaningful for stylists and clients alike.
It wasn’t easy; I faced countless obstacles, tested products tirelessly, and traveled extensively across the globe in search of the highest quality hair. From trade shows to factory doors, I encountered vendors, distributors, and many promises that didn’t always hold up under scrutiny.
WHEN I STARTED THIS JOURNEY,
I had no idea how deep the rabbit hole of the hair industry really went...
It didn’t take long to see the cracks in the system. Much of the hair sold to stylists and clients isn’t ethically sourced and lacks transparency about its origins. What’s worse, it often fails to live up to promises of being healthy, remy, cuticle-intact, or truly single-donor.
The deeper I dove, the more troubling truths I uncovered about so-called 'Remy' hair.
High-quality hair may start at a single factory, but only a small portion is kept. The rest is passed from factory to factory, repeatedly sorted and resold. By the end, even hair swept off the floor is mixed in, stripped of its cuticle layer, coated in silicone, and marketed as premium.
I was shocked to learn that 99% of the time, hair labeled as 'Russian' or 'Slavic' or 'European' has nothing to do with its origin—it’s simply a description of texture, diameter, or feel. These labels are often nothing more than marketing terms, no different than calling something 'luxury' or '5-star.'
WHEN I STARTED THIS JOURNEY,
This misrepresentation trickles down the supply chain, with the 'big' hair extension brands unkowingly - or
sometimes knowingly—passing these false claims on to stylists. Time and time again, I heard the same promises:

'This is the best quality hair, cuticle-intact, Remy, single-donor, virgin, no acid washing or harsh chemicals and no silicone.'
It became painfully clear that the rabbit hole truly has no end.
Alongside these unsettling discoveries, I also understood the human cost...Factories using harsh chemicals, mislabeled products, and mistreating workers, unfairly paid donors were all too common. Even hair from the trash & drains were being sorted and resold as 'Quality Hair'.
This was a heartbreaking truth I couldn’t ignore.
I MADE IT MY MISSION TO
partner with a factory
that aligns with my values.
—ones that prioritize clean, ethical processes, fair pay, humane working hours, and even benefits like on-site housing. I also needed assurance that donors were treated with respect, fairly compensated, and motivated to build lasting relationships, allowing them to continue donating their hair willingly and ethically.
These experiences shaped my mission and strengthened my resolve.
I knew I had to create a better option—a brand built on trust, transparency, and ethical practices.
