These women follow ancient rituals, like cleansing with natural shampoos made from fermented rice water, to maintain long, healthy, silky hair.
Their hair care traditions, passed down through generations, ensure that every strand is strong and vibrant.
Hair is collected through a unique thinning technique, allowing women to donate multiple times while retaining their beautiful locks. This process respects their choice and empowers them through fair compensation, creating a partnership built on trust and mutual benefit.
These voluntary donations are the foundation of our ethical approach,
fostering relationships that have been cultivated for over 30 years.

Our hair selection manager travels deep into these regions to identify
the top 5% of hair on the market,
ensuring that only the finest strands meet our uncompromising standards.
Hair that doesn’t pass is resold to other factories because we believe that quality is non-negotiable.

Once the hair arrives at our factory, it undergoes meticulous inspections. Under specialized lighting, the cuticles are examined to ensure they remain intact, while the internal melanin is analyzed to determine its natural undertone.

With clean working conditions, fair pay, and benefits, the factory operates as a hub of integrity.
Many employees have been with our factory for 15-30 years, contributing their expertise to every step of the process. Some employees even live on-site, fostering stability and camaraderie. From sorting the finest strands to overseeing our custom color formulations, every step is handled by skilled professionals who take pride in their craft.
Environmental certifications ensure that the factory is meeting the set requirements and strict guidelines reflecting our commitment to transparency.
A Slow and Deliberate Transformation
Before the transformation begins, each ponytail is washed to remove impurities and sewn across with color-coded strings, maintaining perfect alignment and cuticle integrity.
Slow Cold Lightening
The hair is lightened using a slow cold bleach bath, a process that takes 5 to 15 days, depending on the desired shade. Each basin is regularly checked, preserving the strength and vitality of the hair through every stage.

Between steps, the hair is treated with nourishing baths, replenishing moisture and protecting its cuticle. This constant care ensures that the hair remains soft, strong, and full of life—even as it undergoes its transformation.
Raw Material to Masterful Shades-
Hair hackling is a meticulous process used to prepare hair for our quality hair extensions. By pulling hair through a comb-like tool called a hackle, the strands are detangled, aligned, and sorted by length.

This step ensures a smooth, uniform texture, removes debris, and maintains the natural direction of the cuticle for long-lasting, tangle-free results.
Hackling is essential for creating high-quality, refined hair products that look and feel natural.
Double Drawn
Our LIVD IN Hair Extensions are extra double drawn, containing 30% more long hairs throughout than competing brands.
Each strand undergoes a meticulous, hand-drawn process, pulled through two hackling boards to separate shorter hairs from longer ones. This artisan technique ensures every extension is full, natural-looking, and seamlessly lifelike

Coloring is Both a Science and an Art
The hair is immersed in hot water infused with textile dyes, with the extreme heat pushing the color deep into the cuticle. ​
Our color manager, with over 15 years of experience, expertly mixes powdered dyes to achieve custom formulations, from natural tones to multi-dimensional blends. For ombre or root effects, the hair undergoes additional coloring, layer by layer, to achieve lifelike, seamless results.​​​
​Between these steps, the hair is re-treated with our nourishing baths, replenishing moisture and protecting the cuticle keeping the hair soft and strong.
Air Drying- In the Oven
Using a temperature-controlled oven designed to mimic air-drying, the hair is gently dried, preserving its softness and natural shine.
Custom colors are blended to perfection, creating multi-tonal shades that reflect light and movement, just like real hair.
The hair is meticulously crafted into
genius wefts, hand-tied wefts, and nano extensions.
Each piece undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets our uncompromising standards.
